Je ne sais plus o\u00f9 donner du burger<\/a><\/strong> en ce moment tant l’offre de qualit\u00e9 est riche. Tiens \u00e7a me fait penser que je dois aussi retrouver une salle de sport…<\/p>\n

231 East st – Aix en Provence<\/strong> reprend les codes pop-art 70’s de l\u2019enseigne (plus chic que la d\u00e9co american diner<\/em>) et une carte volontairement courte avec les 4 burgers inspir\u00e9es des best-sellers Outre-Atlantique (Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Bacon Burger, Bacon Cheeseburger) customisables pour l’accompagnement, et pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d\u2019une viande fra\u00eeche d\u2019origine fran\u00e7aise, avec le choix de la cuisson possible. Les frites sont aussi int\u00e9ressantes, avec une cuisson \u00e0 la graisse de boeuf qui leur donne un go\u00fbt unique…<\/p>\n

Bref passons \u00e0 table ! Ayant toujours les yeux plus gros que le ventre, j’ai choisi le Bacon Cheese Burger DOUBLE. Sauf que je suis rest\u00e9 sur mes basiques de la junk food et leurs steaks de 50g. Ici c’est deux steaks de 100g, je crois que la photo parle d’elle m\u00eame…<\/p>\n

Dur de finir, mais qu’est ce que c’est bon ! En revoyant mes photos, j’ai faim… Les frites sont tr\u00e8s gourmandes, croustillantes (sort de ce corps Cyril !), et la cuisson \u00e0 la graisse de boeuf emm\u00e8ne un go\u00fbt int\u00e9ressant. Il reste tr\u00e8s peu de place pour le dessert, mais je me devais de gouter les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s comme la tarte au pomme napp\u00e9e de caramel beurre sal\u00e9 – une tuerie…<\/p>\n
