Deco-Design<\/a> : Bonjour Jean-Paul<\/strong>, parlez nous de vous et de votre parcours…<\/span><\/p>\n

J.P Marzais<\/strong> : Avant de m\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ations d\u2019un objet et \u00e0 l\u2019Architecture , j\u2019ai d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9duit par le design graphique et la communication visuel en explorant la\u00a0 notion du \u00ab\u00a0minimum\u00a0\u00bb et la qu\u00eate de la simplicit\u00e9 que j\u2019applique aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 l\u2019architecture d\u2019int\u00e9rieur et au design. Je suis s\u00e9duit par la discipline de l\u2019essentiel et la notion du condens\u00e9. Les objets que je produits illustrent \u00e9galement mon go\u00fbt pour la typographie. Je suis sensible aussi bien aux lignes fluide et organique qu\u2019\u00e0 la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie. Pour qu\u2019un objet soit convainquant il doit transmettre une pens\u00e9e, ou il doit \u00eatre l\u2019expression d\u2019une \u00e9l\u00e9gance et d\u00e9passer sa fonction en refl\u00e9tant l\u2019\u00e9nergie et la joie de vivre…<\/em><\/p>\n

Deco-Design<\/a> : Qui admirez-vous dans le milieu du design ???<\/span><\/p>\n

J.P Marzais<\/strong> : Il est improbable de s\u2019inscrire dans un processus de cr\u00e9ations en s\u2019isolant de toutes formes d\u2019expression, j\u2019ai une grande admiration pour tous les actes de cr\u00e9ations et leurs signification, quelles que soient leur formes, quels soient leurs m\u00e9diums. Je suis pour l\u2019exc\u00e8s de Culture pour rompre avec l\u2019ordinaire. <\/em><\/p>\n

Le mobilier que j\u2019ai choisi pour mon habitat illustre mon int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019histoire du design, Charles Eames en \u00e9tant un acteur brillant. Je porte un int\u00e9r\u00eat tout particulier \u00e0 L’Art primitif qui montre une prodigieuse imagination et une intensit\u00e9 magique, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant l’omnipr\u00e9sence du sacr\u00e9 et des rites complexes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Deco-Design<\/a> : Racontez nous l’histoire de ce lieu totalement atypique…<\/span><\/p>\n
J.P Marzais<\/strong> : Avant  d\u2019\u00eatre un lieu d\u2019habitation cette  espace \u00e9tait le local commercial d\u2019un  fourreur et bien avant encore un  club de billard\u00a0 fin 19\u00e8me. La partie  boutique donnant sur rue a \u00e9t\u00e9  radicalement transform\u00e9e en conservant  une hauteur de plafond hors  norme. Les ateliers de coupe ont \u00e9t\u00e9  r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9s afin de permettre la  cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une cuisine et d\u2019une salle \u00e0  manger dominant le salon  \u00e9clair\u00e9 par deux fen\u00eatre ch\u00e2ssis qui assure une  luminosit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce.  L\u2019\u00e9tage a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement revisit\u00e9 en  d\u00e9cloisonnant les espaces pour  favoriser une circulation plus fluide et  des volumes plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reux. Les  espaces sont domin\u00e9s par une tonalit\u00e9  volontairement sombre sur tous  les sols qui ouvre le dialogue avec  l\u2019ensemble des murs blanc.<\/em><\/p>\n
Deco-Design<\/a> : Des projets pour le futur de cette habitation, ou des futurs achats de meubles ???<\/span><\/p>\n
J.P Marzais<\/strong> : Je suis toujours dans une dynamique de recherche d\u2019un objet, d\u2019une photo, d\u2019un meuble qui pourrait garnir harmonieusement une pi\u00e8ce ou faire plaisir \u00e0 un ami…<\/em><\/p>\n
