Anthology I, double \u00e9cran, se situe entre l\u2019entr\u00e9e du restaurant et une petite salle \u00e0 manger priv\u00e9e. Elle consiste en deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments, faits de planches de bois, de 5 pouces de profond; dans ses niches, ouvertes des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, s\u2019empilent 520 pi\u00e8ces de gr\u00e8s noir. Leurs formes sont diverses et on leur a appliqu\u00e9 des \u00e9maux semi-lustr\u00e9s, dans un cama\u00efeu de gris.
