Il y a quelques semaines, j’ai eu la chance de s\u00e9journer en avant premi\u00e8re dans un nouvel h\u00f4tel de luxe \u00e0 Paris : La Villa Haussmann<\/strong>. Ce lieu – qui sera inaugur\u00e9 le 9 Mars – est plus qu\u2019un h\u00f4tel design<\/a>, La Villa Haussmann est une exp\u00e9rience, un concentr\u00e9 de Paris, au c\u0153ur de Paris…<\/p>\n

LA VILLA HAUSSMANN EST UNE EXPERIENCE !<\/span><\/h2>\n

Id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 dans le 8\u00e8me, face \u00e0 L\u2019Arc de Triomphe, ce lieu exprime la Vie Parisienne dans toute sa richesse, dans toute sa diversit\u00e9, d\u2019Haussmann \u00e0 Colette ! Cet h\u00f4tel arbore un design et une architecture prestigieux, dans l’esprit haussmannien, m\u00ealant mode et histoire, confort et raffinement, tradition et modernit\u00e9…<\/p>\n

Passons d’abord \u00e0 table ! Le N3, son bar-restaurant, est classique et tendance \u00e0 la fois ! Le chef m’a fait l’honneur de d\u00e9voiler les premi\u00e8res \u00e9bauches de sa carte – une cuisine \u00e9l\u00e9gante et inventive qui met \u00e0 l\u2019honneur les produits r\u00e9gionaux. Le soir, je d\u00e9couvre en bonne compagnie des cocktails r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 partir d\u2019alcools anciens, comme ceux qu\u2019on appr\u00e9ciait pendant le Second Empire, accompagn\u00e9s de bouch\u00e9es d\u00eenatoires, hautes en saveurs, mises en lumi\u00e8re par les cr\u00e9ations Beau&Bien<\/a>…<\/p>\n

Id\u00e9al pour se d\u00e9lasser apr\u00e8s une journ\u00e9e intense typique de Paris, sa piscine \u00e9tonne par sa structure en inox. Les superbes rev\u00eatements muraux conf\u00e8rent au lieu, par un jeu de mati\u00e8res, de couleurs sophistiqu\u00e9es et de reflets changeants, une atmosph\u00e8re tout \u00e0 fait singuli\u00e8re.
