D\u00e9finit comme &#8220;mus\u00e9e de soci\u00e9t\u00e9&#8221;, il est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la conservation, l&#8217;\u00e9tude, la pr\u00e9sentation et la m\u00e9diation d&#8217;un patrimoine anthropologique relatif \u00e0 l&#8217;aire europ\u00e9enne et m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne, \u00e0 partir de collections d&#8217;origine internationale et de recherches tourn\u00e9es vers une approche l&#8217;exposition permanente, j&#8217;ai profit\u00e9 de cette nouvelle visite pour arpenter l\u2019exposition &#8220;Roman-Photo&#8221;, qui r\u00e9unit plus de 300 objets, films, photographies, documents, et, bien entendu, quelques-unes des plus belles r\u00e9alisations de cet artisanat devenu en peu de temps une industrie culturelle de masse, dont certaines productions \u00e9labor\u00e9es par des r\u00e9alisateurs proches du n\u00e9o-r\u00e9alisme italien s\u2019av\u00e8rent d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 exceptionnelle\u2026 Cela m&#8217;a permis de red\u00e9couvrir les une du magazine Un lieu d\u2019exception imagin\u00e9 par le chef triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9 au Petit Nice, G\u00e9rald Passedat dont la cuisine s&#8217;inspire de la culture m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne&#8230; Les
