La semaine derni\u00e8re, l\u2019Atelier Saint-Georges<\/strong> – un restaurant<\/strong> de burgers parisien – nous invit\u00e9, avec mon ami Tony Lem\u00e2le<\/a>, a venir tester\u00a0leur carte qui r\u00e9concilie le terroir et la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise avec la Junk Food…<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Nous arrivons pour le deuxi\u00e8me service de midi. Le restaurant est charmant, un m\u00e9lange de style industriel et scandinave, avec un petit cot\u00e9 cantine avec ses chaises en bois, et ses c\u00e9l\u00e8bres verres Duralex… Nous d\u00e9couvrons la carte : sept burgers, trois salades pour les plats ! Tr\u00e8s bien mais pour ma part dans un resto de burgers, c’est limite un sacril\u00e8ge de prendre une salade… ^^<\/p>\n

Il y a une vrai recherche dans les saveurs des burgers. Vous ne retrouverez pas les basiques de la Junk Food, ici les associations d’aliments riment comme de vrais plats, mont\u00e9s en burgers ! Tony prend le Monsieur Fred (v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien) – Ch\u00e8vre Sainte-Maure, betterave, tuile croustillante, m\u00e2che, ciboulette, pignons de pin – et moi le Monsieur I\u00f1aki – Poulet hach\u00e9 au couteau, chorizo, poivrons jaunes, roquette, et amandes. Le m\u00e2itre de maison nous conseille un verre de ros\u00e9 \u00e0 chacun, parfaitement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 notre burger. Parfait Monsieur !<\/p>\n

Allez on goute ! Nos burgers arrivent avec deux garnitures – frites maison, et frites de patates douces. J’aurais aim\u00e9 une taille de burger l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus grande et un peu moins de garnitures pour \u00e9quilibrer\u00a0l’assiette. Malgr\u00e9 ce petit b\u00e9mol sur les proportions, c’est juste exquis… Les burgers provoquent une explosion de saveurs en bouche, et les frites maison y’a que \u00e7a de vrai les amis ! Bref comme on dirait \u00e0 Marseille : ON SE REGALE !<\/p>\n

Les plus gourmands choisiront le cheese cake maison pour le dessert !<\/p>\n
